I have the ddm kit 55w kit with 6000k with the harness no flickering at all so i would say yes you need the harness

Does anyone know if the se model has the stock wiring harness for the vertical parking lamps? I agree with dingo on the debadging i did mine looks much better! Just kept the ford emblems going to get the blacked out emblems soon

And the bulb type is 9006 hb4 you pick the color. The kit is from Ddm tuning here is the link http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W

The bulbs should be the same size as the 11s and 12s! Ddmtuning.com it takes the 9006hb4 bulb and you also need the wiring harness or the lights will flicker. I have the 55 watt kit with 6000k its really bright but not too bright that people wont flash you when they are on low beam

Ill tape everything off if i have to im going to stop by the ford dealer a buddy of mine works there he should be able to tell me how to remove it

Thanks for checking much appreciated but on my edge when u open the gate all you see is panels i belive it under one of them just havent got out there to atempt to take it apart yet.

Idk about weathertech but a buddy of mine has a silverado with the same avs in channels that i have and has no problems im just irritated with them but leaving them on because i dont like the out channel kind

No its not but its too late now!! Lol! I got pulled over by a state trooper once in my vw gti and i had the windows tinted 20% and the tail lights tinted the same as the edge is now and he never said anything to me about either one just gave me my speeding ticket.

In not trying to convince anyone that its safe but i do not think that it is unsafe unless you go to dark! I have seen people riding around with their lights so dark you can barely see the lights and i assure you mine are not that way i would show you a pic of them but idk how to post pics on here

So are tinted windows not just for a police officer being afraid of walking up to the car but also driving at night but people still do it! So do you know how to remove the brake light or not??

Dont go with avs they are a pain in the a$$ i have them on mine and sometimes when its hot out i have to pull the guard out to get the window up

Does anyone on here know how to remove the 3rd brake light????
