I bought the Meguiar's goldclass carnuba plus prem paste wax. Is it okay to swirl it on with the supplied pad or should I do straight lines? Also how long should I let this stuff dry before buffing off with a 100% cotton cloth? I tried it just on the hood but don't think I let it dry long enough. The shine or mirror effect didn't improve from how it was before I waxed but I did notice water beads a lot more into finer beads when i washed it a few days later.

I use Lexol - leather conditioner to bring out the new leather smell. From what I am told it puts natural oils back into the leather. I use it once a month to keep the leather smelling good. Anyone have any input on this product?

I have a 2007 SEL PLUS and just realized it has a sub woofer in the trunk on the passenger side. Here is my questions... 1: Can I run the sub's wire to an input on a mono amp for the source? 2: What size sub will fit in there? OR is it better to just use a new enclosure? 3: if i use the original sub woofer's wire as the source will it still allow me to adjust the bass from the head unit? (carrying bass change from source wire to amp)

I have a stock 07 Edge and I get roughly 27mpg average on the highway when doing the speed limit in cruise. I actually drained the fuel out and put in 5 gallons of gas.

I dont lose traction but you can find out by turning it off. I think the button on the center dash turns it off. I have 07 SEL PLUS

I'm thinking about buying the piece that has the two cup holders and modding it to have a dark blue ring around them like you see in other cars. My big question is how hard will it be to wire it up to come on when the dash lights turns on and have the brightness controlled by the wheel that controls the dash brightness.

Then where do I get the led tail lights? I seen an Edge that looks just like mine but it had led tail lights. It looked clean and didn't seem to be aftermarket tail lights.

Looking at the 2012 I don't see much difference between the 07 and 12 wheel space and the 12 has 22" option. So I'd say yes.

Check the track for dirt and foreign objects. Also opening it up all the way and using a shop vac should help remove any objects. A can of compressed air also works. Whens the last time you had the track cleaned and lubed?

It is tan with gray molding inside and out.

I just traded in my paid off 08 HHR for a 07 Edge SEL PLUS. I got to say I love it. My main reason I traded in my 08 HHR is I have a 3 month old son now and his safety and comfort is number one to me. My 07 Edge has a little under 63k miles. I got the oil and tranny fluid changed at a Ford dealership. The things I want to do is if I can put the 09 led tail lights on it, upgrade from the 18" to 22" if possible (I hear bigger rims equals bumps and potholes being less noticable), and upgrade the 6cd system to a 7" touch screen navi system that can make phone calls. I'm so happy that my son sleeps in the Edge unlike the noisy HHR I had. In this regard has anyone took apart their interior and did put in the insulation to reduce road noise?

I have a 07 Edge SEL PLUS. I was wondering if I could put the 09 tail lights on my 07 to get the led lights. Thank you for your time.
