I ordered my 2013 edge with just the standard 18" wheels. I really like the look of the 20's and am considering changing. I was wondering if there are any pros or cons other than looks? I assume the 18" would be a softer ride simply because of more rubber but is there any difference in fuel economy, acceleration, etc because of the different axle ratio? I think towing capacity goes down with the 20's or is that only with the 22's?

There are several comments throughout the forum where people who have installed the 55 watt HID conversion kits say the lights are too bright. Could anyone who believes so comment as to what exactly is the concern? Are other drivers flashing you thinking you are on high beam? I can't imagine ever having lights that are too bright when driving down the highway at night where deer and wildlife can jump out onto the road. Does anyone know the values for the factory installed HID's? 35 or 55 watt? Color temp?

I am not sure if the U.S. models have daytime running lights like we have in Canada. Usually the high beams are on during the day at a reduced output. How would that affect a HID conversion kit? Has anyone installed the conversion kits on an edge with daytime running lights?

I was wondering if anyone has converted the headlamps in a 2013 SEL to HID? HID is only available in the Limited version in Canada. Orderded my Edge last week and was dissapointed to find out I couldn't get factory HID.
