Good point....I'm just debating what I want to do with my wheel situation...I want new wheels but I'm afraid of the costs down the line and I would probably stay with the same size anyway.....maybe ill just end up painting my stock wheels...

I got just the system with the fob that just starts it up and I'm happy cause I live in Cleveland, OH and the leather can freeze your butt when you get in there....and it helps mpg too so you're not driving it when the engine is cold

So to keep it basic....a/c for highway, windows for city....which uses less energy though, recycled air or just regular a/c?

What's the max sub size that can fit in the oem sub enclosure? I'm looking to upgrade just a little bit from the stock sub

I roll the windows down whenever cleveland ohio decides to have good weather. I heard some people mention the 50/50 rule, above 50mph using ac, below 50mph use windows. is that true?

I've been trying to lately...I used to just punch it everywhere and have fun then my mom put the gas burden on me haha now I roll out of stops before accelerating which I do pretty slowly, I average 67 mph in a 60 mph highway and I coast as much as possible. I just find that this car isn't really great for mpg like other suv's or cuv's are

Thanks. I wasn't so much worried about performance as I was about the mpg....I drive at least 50 miles everyday and my mom bought me this car and now I'm stuck filling up at the tank twice a week.

I'm looking to get 6k type 2 switchbacks for my 08 SEL. I was wondering if anyone has installed them on the 07-10 models just so I know if they're satisfied with them and if they decided to take out the amber sliver in the headlight housing or not...thanks

I'm not sure about the color choices either....usually it just shows the blue color. Good thing about DIY is you can do whatever color you want

Would the snow and salt from the road damage the finish on the wheel or the structure of it though?

I was recently told that aftermarket wheels can withstand snow and salt during the winter time without any damage as long as you clean them regularly. Is this true??

I have an 08 SEL...instead of buying the ambient lighting kit, I got LED strip and put them in myself and even added an on/off switch. Cost about $30 total and its a fun DIY project

I'm interested in getting the KMC XD Rockstar wheels for my 08 SEL in 20's but I'm wondering if these wheels need to be replaced in the winter (I live in cleveland ohio) or can they last through the winter without damage?
