  1. To get the "Sport" & "Comfort" I did the changes I wrote in the post you quoted, from 2021. I set the handling as "Comfort" it will show "Comfort" with the blue circles or "Sport" to show "Sport" with red circles. I personally have it setup as Normal in drive and Sport in S. So when I shift into Sport mode I get the "Sport" with red circles. I don't know why it is not working for you. Maybe try the ForScan changes suggested for the Fusion Sport here.
  2. Did you get the "drive control" setting? If yes, change the handling setting to comfort or sport.
  3. Did you change the actual instrument cluster (IPC) to the Lincoln/Mondeo/EU model? The circles only work on the Lincoln/Mondeo/Eau cluster.
  4. My dealer did mine a few years ago, as per the TSB, no issues so far. Just FYI that the TSB fix is holding.
  5. Can you check if the driver's side CV axle has any in/out play? Mine does have, especially if trying to move it from the inner CV case. Kind of like and as if the grease is this and the snap ring that holds the shaft in the transmission has play in it. Should have made a video of it. The passenger front CV is tight with no play, so are both rear shafts. It is only the front Left (driver's) side. I have had a clunking noise for a few years now that comes when I press on the accelerator pedal from coasting, which usually is an indication of a trans and/or engine mount, but even after changing all 5 mounts the clunking is still there. This video is for an Explorer, but gives an idea of the play:
  6. Probably not the issue, but something to think about or get ideas. There was a TSB for the 2013-2015 FWD 3.5 EcoBoost (link) that fixed the smoking with changing the PCV cover adapter.
  7. Yes. There is another way in ForScan to disable auto start/stop without affecting the BMS. Posted it earlier here.
  8. The axle nut is supposedly a one time use only. So maybe a new nut would be cheaper first solution for a longer fix?
  9. Good to know. Hopefully the front camera will come next. I already had the rear camera replaced before under the extended warranty, not sure if the replacement would also be subject to the recall. Found more info on the recall here.
  10. I understand you. You can see the disconnection in action between the 2:15 and 2:25 marks.
  11. All model years have RDU with clutches. So when the clutches are disengaged it effectively "disconnects" the rear differential from the driveshaft. Pre 2019, the driveshaft will still turn because it is connected to the PTU/Transmission/Engine, while the rear differential will turn based on the speeds of the rear wheels. 2019+ models, the driveshaft stops rotating when the PTU disconnects. As can be seen in this video:
  12. Honestly, I don't know. But I'd guess it is either the motor itself is weak or the lift strut is not helping enough.
  13. If I am not mistaken, that update is for the tuner itself, not the tune. You need to contact them to check if there is a tune update. If there is, then they can push them to your tuner.
  14. All the codes show "Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request" making me think they came after you disconnected the module. Did you try to clear codes? If yes, do they come after that one cycle?
  15. Your ST should already have a Perimeter alarm. The only function the VSS would add to your ST is the shock sensor. I found 2023 installation instructions (here) and no special programming is required for VSS functions since if already have the key fob remote start from the factory.
