Calipers/Rotors *Shot*

My original thought of it not being the brakes was very wrong. As it turned out, both inside pads on the rear brakes were Metal to Metal, both calipers and both rotors short(right side worse then left, hence only noticing the right), but the outer pads were barely worn at all. I Ended up having to replace the entire rear brake system.

Well....never mind. It took me $507.96 to figure it out.

For the past few days, I've noticed a strange "Grinding/Rubbing" noise(not squealing)coming from my R.R. Wheel area of my 2011 Edge SE. I'm not sure if it's the brakes or what. It doesn't do it the entire time I'm breaking, It only happens right before a complete stop at around 5-10 mph(even if it just inches along). This morning, when I was going thru a stop sign, I heard the grinding as I stopped and it continued for a split second after releasing the brake pedal while the wheels were slowly spinning. My other cars brakes squealed when the pads wore down. So I'm lost and hoping for some ideas....Thanks

Hello, I have a 2011 Edge SE with stock 17's and I was hoping someone could me out. I know it's been brought up in the past and I've done the research, but I can't find the answer I'm looking for. Over the weekend, I came to close while trying to park and contacted the edge of a very tall curb, resulting in breaking the wheel cover. From what I've read, the clad covers are "glued" onto the rims and are not replaceable. With that being said, I do not want to replace mine with new covers, I just want to remove them to paint the rims(My wife wants them a flat black color). Can anyone tell me how to remove/separate the wheel covers from the rims?

Can anyone tell me where I can find other things like this? I'm having a few other issues with my 2011 Edge(i.e. Door ajar, alarm won't arm, evap leak, AdvanceTrac warning lights are on) and am wondering if anything else might get resolved like the brake booster. I'm already out of warranty(72k miles), so I can't go that route.....
