I am wondering if I should need to pull out our Ford Edge FWD from a snow mess...where are people attaching tow straps or has anyone attached tow hooks?

I had a similar issue with my Raptor. Five day forecast would always show weather for a completely different city than I actually live in. After 2 trips to my Ford SA, Ford upgraded my software (vehicle still under warranty) including the Navteq Maps. Issue has never come back and all is good.
