On this website under recalls, TSB's , warranty . Musty - organic odor smell . July 7 ,2015 . TSB 14-0045 . The Ford dealer told me that it is a new design housing that drains better .

I have a 2013 edge limited that I bought new . I took it to the dealer for a oil change and I told the service writer about a bad odor after I use the ac and park it in the garage . She checked her ford tsb list and said there was a fix for it . TSB -14-0045 . It requires replacing the evaporator and housing with a new redesigned unit . She said they have to remove the dash to do it . Has anyone had this done ? I really don't want my dash taken out but the smell is really bad .After I drive it with the air on my head starts to stop up and I get sinus pressure . Thanks for any advice . I only have 13000 miles on it .

I have a 2013 edge limited that I bought new . I park it in a garage and do very little driving . I have noticed lately that when I first start it there is a strong odor coming from the vents . It smells like mildew or ? . I thought about changing the cabin air filter but I can't find any info on how to do it . Thanks for any help or advice , Tom
