All went well. We were in at 8am and got the call that the work was done at about 4pm. All covered under warranty

Thank you for keeping this thread going. My daughter's '12 Edge SEL has the same hissing sound and spongy brakes that so many others have described. So .... we're off to AutoNation Ford at 8am Wednesday morning with the Field Service Action in-hand. I'll post results.
