  1. I want to order the puddle lights and DRL's. Does he give a discount to forum members? I'd call and ask him, but he has no phone number listed on his website and he hasn't responded to the email I sent three days ago...
  2. Ok, you twisted my arm....I uploaded it into my member profile
  3. Ok thanks! Did I mention that I've been wrong before?
  4. My 2014 has a card. The card slot is located inside the center arm rest.
  5. I had my Tacoma at America’s Tire yesterday for rotation/balancing, and mentioned that I had just bought a new Edge. The guy helping me told me that they now offer their road hazard warranty as well as lifetime rotation/balancing to new car owners for $126. He told me to bring the car in so they could inspect the tires. Their road hazard warranty has saved me many times over the years, so I thought this was worth the money. I took my Edge in today and paid the $126. They will also honor any factory warranty claims on the OEM Michelins, but I suspect they do that regardless. Just thought I’d pass it along. America’s Tire also operates in some states under Discount Tire.
  6. Cool....I missed that somehow, thanks!
  7. Thanks! It looks bone stock right now except for the window tint, so I'm afraid you'd be unimpressed...
  8. I agree....as I said in my post, I'm sure there are those who will like the 2015 better. I also agree that there are some cool options available only on the 2015, but it wasn't enough to sway me. Different strokes for different folks. Not sure how much of it was dealer discount and how much of it was Ford, but I paid $7K under MSRP.
  9. Has anyone installed their DRL's? I'm intersted in those as well. I emailed the owner asking if he had an installation video for installing them like he does the puddle lights, but haven't heard back from him yet.
  10. Interesting....I can't find a display for it while scrolling though my dash settings and there's no mention of it in the owner's manual, but I have been wrong before.
  11. I love everything about our new 2014 Edge Limited, except for the following: Why in the world would Ford not install a TPMS? I can turn on my A/C with a voice command, but I have no TPMS. The nice attractive chrome rims are not rims at all....they are plastic wheel covers. Again, seriously Ford? I pony up for the Limited and get plastic wheel covers. Oh well, I’m sure the wife will shred them in short order so that will just give me an excuse to buy some nice custom wheels down the road, LOL!
  12. My sentiments exactly!
  13. Now that my new Edge is almost a week old, its time for some mods! Had the front windows and top of the windshield tinted yesterday, now it’s time for some lighting mods. Saw an ad while scrolling through the forum, for a place that sells some cool LED mods for the Edge. Nice looking LED mods for the puddle lights and the LED strips on the front cowling. The company is called DriveBright (drivebright.com). Has anybody in the forum used them? Are they quality retrofits? Thanks!
  14. Newbie forum member here! I began test driving SUV’s and crossovers about two months ago, searching for the right vehicle. My wife & I wanted something smaller than an Explorer, but we also wanted something with nice features and a smooth ride. When we got around to test driving Fords, we were stunned to learn that the 2015's weren’t even out yet, so we drove the 2014. We fell in love with it. The Ford salesman showed what the 2015's were going to look like. The pictures looked fantastic so we decided to wait on the 15's. Now, two months later, the 2015's are FINALLY starting to slowly trickle in. We rushed to the Ford dealer and there it was! Unfortunately, and this is just my own personal opinion....they looked better online than they did in person. I was sadly unimpressed. All the anticipation was a let down for me. I’m sure others will disagree, but I actually like the looks of the 2014 better. Again, just my personal taste and opinion. Add to this the fact that Ford was offering $7k in rebates on a 2014, my decision was simple. We ended up driving off with a 2014 Edge Limited AWD. No buyers remorse, we are happy with our decision!
