Is there a reason why rear sway bars can not be added for AWD edges.... better yet I'll admit I'm noob at this but can someone explain why people aren't using the Sport suspension in regular edges? I come from a diff set of car culture.

My experience with modding cars come from modding BMW's... for example almost anything from the sport suspension can be transplanted from a M series to the non M series counterpart.

If there truly aren't any suspension options for AWD edge I'll have to save my pennies and try trading in my edge sel in a few yrs....

Don't have a sport but shaving the rear emblems does make her look sexier!!! I'll have to do that when I get some time.

in the link above he replaced the turn signal with switchback without any resistors. I really want to do the same. but I have a problem that when I searched for the type of the bulb (3157) I found two categories STANDARD base and CK base.

 

can anyone please tell me which one would work on the EDGE 2013 without resistors.

Apologies in advance for the necrobump of this thread. It would be my luck that that the link would be dead. Greatly appreciated if someone can shoot me the updated link. I have been to VLEDs site but the bulbs range from 30-150 and I'd rather not reinvent the wheel and buy a few pairs till I got it sorted out. Thanks in advance.

Looks a lot better than the craptastic one that Ford puts out for the 2013 Edge. SMDH

My cousin and I recently swapped vehicles. I drove his 2014 Murano, and he drove my 2013 edge SEL. I found that putting around town, driving local same roads going to the same locations same speed etc... I found the Murano to be better on gas mileage. On the highway the mileage was pretty simmilar.

I actually enjoy the way the Edge handles over the Murano. They are very simmilar vehicles. If you can get the sport the sport trumps it hands down.

Which deductible did you decide to go with?

2 week old 2013 Edge SEL Tuxedo Black fully loaded with everything except my key/ push to start, lane assisit and paddle shifters or tow mount. Not sure of the package and configuration I got her with 19.6K miles. I paid 28K and change for her.

My only regret was not getting a sport but damn I love this car!!!
