  1. I wonder if these are available to order in the US??? Does any one of you Ford Experts out there know how I might go about aquiring? If so I will buy them :-)
  2. i wonder if the technicians at the dealer can chip the sport 2.7 with the F-150? That'd liven it up even a little more.
  3. Yes there is generally a label in the door sill. However if you are doing a vehicle search on line (prior to purchasing)...One can download the pdf without visiting the dealer. This way a fairly accurate date of manufacture can be determined. I agree it would be very useful if those of you who have been faced with this most unfortunate concern to post the date of manufacture. It does appear that Ford has stepped up to the plate here. I'm sure Ford will come out of this shinning...I wonder if the 2016's will have that really cool new grill design. Thanks for the detail on the sealer Soggy_Edge! Does anyone have inside info regarding the detail of the root cause of this quality defect?
  4. I noticed that there is a date on the bottom of the window sticker...I had my dealer check the actual date of manufacture on one of his vehicles, as they can acquire this information very easily...we found as a general rule the sticker is generated approx 10 - 12 before the actual date of vehicle manufacture. If your dealer tells you any different...they are lying to you...find another dealer. I haven't had time to research the product/sealer specified for the fix.I hope like heck that ford will not be using an acetoxy type sealer, as this WILL cause vehicle rust in the A pillar section where it will be applied. I'd really love to hear Fords' excuse for this one....Man oh man.
