  1. Thanks for responding. Good to hear. And I have to ask - what is BAU? "You always get the incentives at the time of delivery " When I was negotiating this deal, the dealer sales guy tried to exclude the incentives (and I said no way). But I think this guy was really new on the floor. When I said I had a price from a dealer participating in the Costco program, he tried to tell me his dealership participated in the Costco program, but upon questioning, he really knew nothing about it (wasn't really even aware of it).
  2. I see new rebates are $2,500 but they apply to "Take new delivery from dealer stock". My Edge is a special order due into the dealer around October 16. My deal with the dealer is that I get the benefit of any rebates in effect at the time of delivery. Is it likely that the dealer will claim that the rebate does not apply since the car was a special order and not taken from dealer stock?
  3. I placed a factory order for an Edge Titanium on August 16 at $850 under dealer invoice. Was going to go with a Costco-affiliated dealer at $600 under dealer invoice, then this salesman from my local dealer calls and gives me his pitch. I got him down another $250 with all rebates and incentives in effect at delivery to be to further reduce the my price.
  4. I had 2 dealers tell me on August 16 that they could place an order for an Edge Titanium 2016 on that date. I placed an order with one. I asked out of curiousity when they were going to be no longer able to place orders for 2016s and both claimed not to know.
