Started to happen to me as well I tried to eliminate the issue by replacing the wiper blades - bought from the dealership. No luck, still stutters Not all the time tho, so couldn't prove that to the dealership. Seems like it's a known issue to almost all Ford vehicles. Does anyone know if any TSB about this issue ?
