The 3.7/3.5 can pull just as hard off the line as the 2.0T. Just requires more revs. I prefer the V6 power. Wish the 3.5 N/A was still available.

303 is fu*cking awesome.
6 quarts of Pennzoil Platinum High Mileage and an FL-500s
forgot to mention I also painted my grille black using OEM ford parts

Does not work on a 2013 Edge. Also no DPM OR PCM module, never seen those.

Nah but I have remote start thanks to Forscan so I’m not too interested. Verizon hum gives me location services and fuel tank level which is cool enough for me.

Since we're talking tires, Having a lot of satisfaction with Bridgestone Dualer Allenza H/L Plus.

Unreal. Announced for 2018 and discontinued in 2019.
Good thing I got the Verizon Hum instead.

Gen 1.5 does not have timeout programmable by forscan. We have permanent 12v. I wired a toggle switch into mine for shits and giggles

Now I’m wondering what my cluster options are for a 2013 SE. boring stock cluster

Nice find. How do they perform in relation to the stock 14's?
the wipe is ever so slightly larger, not too much of a difference. Definitely quieter and smoother wipe. I found a 16 is too large and doesn’t clear the “spoiler” on the hatch- 1

Gotcha! There is a lot to be said for peace and quite. It's the little things that matter.
btw, they’re shockingly only $14.99- 2

Look forward to it. One thing of note. You originally mentioned the rear beam blade that you installed is 15". Safe to assume that the one in the photo is not the one you installed?
that’s correct, I already tossed the box from my oversized 15. I just wanted to show off the retail packaging so you guys can find them. I really like how quiet they are for some reason.the one on my car in that photo is a 15.

Thanks for the detailed pics. I'll start looking for them. My top two choices for the front windshield is Bosch Icon and Trico Force. Thanks once again!
Welcome, I’ll post a link once we actually start selling them to the public -

Correct! I am also looking into getting wipers for my lady's 2013 edge.
If I can find them, I plan on trying one on my Gen2. If it works great! If not the hunt continues.
here they are! two new photos- 2

You have a Gen2 Edge, his is a Gen1. The stock wipers are different so maybe this wouldn't work.
These new ones are cool because every box contains multiple clips for different vehicles so these are truly universal.

Got link?
I cannot find them online yet. I work at an auto parts chain store and we got them early I guess. They’re really nice, let me take a photo. It’s a new trico premium style rear blade a lot quieter of a wipe than the OEM one!here is an album, two photos. Sorry it’s shit quality, it’s night time here.

Installed an oversized 15” beam blade on the rear. Very nice upgrade from the stock conventional frame wiper.

Hey guys and MACT,
I love your videos and all the help you post here but I wish you would allow comments, there are several inaccuracies in the recent oil series.
for a start, ZDDP doesn’t come up as zinc on an OA. So the 8ppm is misleading...
ZDDP is measured by the phosphorous count
thoughts?
100% respect to you Mac, just pointing stuff out.

An update guys:
car has been completely dry for weeks, no blown fuses, oil and transmission fluid were changed. It’s FWD so no drivetrain fluids. Covered the entire underbody with undercoating (a good idea anyway)
zero codes, no smell, dry as a bone. She lives to see another few years.
thanks for the kind words, it’s no longer an issue for me.

Changing full synthetic every 3,000 miles is ridiculous. Even with 10,000 mile OCI the rest of the vehicle will fall apart long before the engine will wear out.
I have a theory that our motors eat water pump bearings due to lower film strength over a long OCI especially at 10k on conventional like Ford says is okay.
It’s cheap and fast enough to change so I don’t really care.

Please help. U0109 after replacing modules
in 3.5L
Posted
Hi guys. Happy to be back, I messed up my IPC and FDCIM while updating them with forscan. its my own fault for messing with my daily. Anyways I replaced the IPC and FDCIM and everything worked until I started hearing a noise coming from the engine bay sounds like when you flick the high beams. I have the code for "Lost communication with fuel pump control module A".
Any ideas? I updated the PCM and BCM and some other modules to the latest calibration as well, but they worked just fine. I am so scared I may have done extensive damage to my daily.
