I just traded in my 15 fusion TI for an Edge 17 TI. Both Sony systems. Here's what I did on the Fusion: I installed, ever so lightly, a 200 watt stereo Kenwood amp in the trunk, mono tied for a full 200 watt output. I fed the audio signal into an 8 ohm Pioneer 12 inch sub in an enclosure I purpose bought together. I measured the 12 volt's input to the amp with an in line digital multimeter. She was amazingly only drawing about 5 amps at a very satisfactory setting. Inputs on this amp are twin, i.e.; high or low level. So i simply tapped the rear package shelf twin subs with their high level outs to the amp in's. I built a simply switch box with a red LED when 'on', and utilized the front lower dash 12 volt power point to plug in for power. The PP had a 20 amp fuse and stays on one hour after the car is shut off. (Yes, once in a while i did forget to turn it off.) When the weather breaks warmer, i plan to do the same on my new Edge. I will simply tap the rear sub for the HL signal to the input of the amp. Whether stereo or not, one channel was enough to satisfy the 'LOWER END"! Wish me luck...

In Nebraska - we have no such worry as of today. Nice peeps, little crime. But here is your fix: Have a good mech install a switch (Hidden but accessible with ease) to KILL the electronic fuel pump. YOU have to be smart and aware enough to bag it upon each exit. (Can you remember?) 2. If car jacked with this kill switch, the thief will get a few 100 feet down the lane unit engine stop, no start, no more drive! Be aware that at the end of our life upon the earth, Our Creator will judge the evil ones with absolutely perfection. Bless the world we live in.

Here is THE TRICK to make the horn honk STOP when closing the door! Hold your FOB above the door metal (Up by the glass) while closing the door. Then hit LOCK (Once!) On my; former 15 Fusion TI - the honks were longer than on my new 17 Edge TI. The 'short' honks bother my ears much less AND when closing the door, I can actually LOCK the car on the side handle. (Without pulling out the FOB). Try it...

Glad I moved out of my 15 Fusion! This 17 Edge Ti is just awesome! Got the White Gold with Ceramic interior, and she came with Pirelli Scopions! Love this Automobile! My only complaint is the FOG light system. I loved it on the Fusion. Here I have DT Running Lights. China has a nice FOG. So does England. What can be done...
