The best part about it is the look from the rear with the stainless steal cases peaking out just enough for others to see ?

I just put in the MRT on my 15. I love the sound, not too loud, deep enoug tone, but when your on the freeway in drone it can get a little annoying. I personally don’t mind it, but for long trips it can get old.

Anyone know of any method/work around of shipping one of these to Cali? Or am I sh*%t out of luck?

Nice work man. I am getting ready to do this this weekend. Looked at xtra’s great post and I like the way you gave us a view of the air flow. Now I am fully prepared. ??

I found my rattling. It was coming from sub panel itself along the top where it touches the car frame in between the snap mounts. What I did was bought some long felt strips from Home Depot and stuck them on the inside where the panel meets the frame. Did the trick.

Any good flaps for the sport model? I got a 2015

Just realized that wouldn’t really help you in your case for cleaning the screen lol by bad.

I’m asking the same question for my 2015 sport. Want to try and fix a rattling noise coming from that area. I know you can pry open the panel it’s connected to by piping off panels starting from the bottom by the spare tire and working your way up.

I was going to do the same with my 2015 sport. I have a rattle coming from the plastic sub cover and was gona poly fill too. That’s a bummer if the new ones have an attached sub so you can’t remove it from the housing. Hopefully we can figure it out, would be s good upgrade

Thanks guys, looks like a reaccuring issue so I might deal with the hooks for preventative care...do any of you had a rattle or vibration in the front driver and passinger door? I have another terrible vibration on both sides in the speaker/door handle area. I can’t belive it. Just bought the car, was completely perfect sound wise, now it feels like there’s a new vibration every week lol

Thanks Nick, I’ll look into that for sure. Though I’m 80% sure it’s the sub panel where the wheel. Will inspect it more closely tomorrow. This just started happening. Appreciate the help

I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue. There is a rattle noise that is killing me slowly coming from the plastic panel/subwoofer cover on the passenger side cargo area. This happens whenever I turn up the volume. I was thinking of taking apart the panel and applying some foam in between the housing and the plastic. Any advice out there as to how to remove this cover/panel safely and any suggestions on how to stop this rattling? Not much of a handyman lol Advice is much appreciated.

Love the post man, thanks. I have a 2015 sport and was looking into mods. I recently installed the MRT axel back. Love the sound it put out. Also put in the drop in KN filter... I had a question for you, do you think a LMS 91oct tune be worth it by itself or would I need to complement it with other mods in order to maintain the integrity of the car? My fear is tuning the car and compromising other engine parts, or breaking something in the process. Appreciate your response
tuning at a certain mileage

my 2015 sport has 45k miles. I am very close to getting the LMS tune. My question is at this mileage is there any additional considerations/risks getting a tune compared to a car with 5k miles, other than the standard risks? ie wear tear and warranty void. Planning on making sure all maintenance is quality and up to snuff prior and during. I guess I’m wondering at what mileage does it become not worth it? Appreciate the feedback. I promise I’ll contribute useful info to the forum one of these days lol.
