  1. '15 SEL - I'm like a lot of the earlier posts - very hard to pick something out. Probably the only one or two things - the condensation in the rear light bar (previously posted about), and when you're not in 'S' the engine/throttle response seems waaaay too subdued for a vehicle that was marketed as a SPORT utility vehicle - heavy on the sportiness of it's driving character.
  2. BTW - does anyone know a model year for the gen2 Edge where the lights were "fixed" i.e. didn't have the chance of this heavy kind of condensation? Or, did the Titanium lights (the full LED ones with the LED marker bars) not have this issue? Replacement parts for the bar housing are ranging from $750-980 (standard vs full LED) and $550-750 for the brake light housings. However if the full LED ones didn't have this issue, I'd be sorely tempted to buy those to eliminate this issue in the future.
  3. Hey all, Thought I'd throw this up here as well - I'm sure there are some other cool 2-wheeled brothers (and sisters) here on the forum . Apart from driving my Edge, I also am an avid motorcyclist. Unfortunately because of current living circumstances, I don't have room for my 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere. Anyways - let me know if you're interested - let your friends and family know who might be interested. It's a great bike - super clean - garage kept - regular maintenance. Thanks for the look and cheers! 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere
  4. Howdy y'all - just another ragin' texan roamin' the great US of A trying to make a living, enjoying life, and spending as much time with family as possible. Pretty much anything outdoors or automotive perks my interests. Right now focused mostly on mountain biking up here in the PNW. With a growing family ($$$) and a bit (serious underexaggeration) higher cost of living at our current place of residence, I've settled in a new to me '15 Edge (will be our oldest's car when the time comes - dread). Previously have ran an '01 Tundra, '10 4Runner, and '13 RAM 2500. Really like the Edge - honestly wasn't even in the recent consideration (was looking at another 4Runner and a Grand Cherokee), but after we saw the price and test drove it - both the wife and I just really enjoyed it, and now it's history. Looking forward to a new community to contribute M2C on topics, glean from everyone experiences, and as well as contribute my own.
  5. Hi all - just purchased a new to me 2015 SEL AWD. Noticed that from the start - dealer said the same thing right out of the box once he saw I noticed it - totally normal, blah, blah, blah. However, mine is in the same boat - much more than a fine mist - definitely droplets, and it did not go away after the 40 min drive home. Guess I'll be making a visit in the next bit. Glad to see some validation of the issue here, and that (at least) there is "some" recognition of the issue by Ford. Anyways - thanks! (and the convo btwn wiz and wildbill was/is hilarious - at no ones expenses of course, but wiz is spot on with his technical explanation)
