Please don't flame me but I was wondering if I could just take the fill plug out and fill it with new fluid to the fill plug level instead of draining the fluid that is already in there. That is what I was thinking about to avoid dealing with an error where the fiber gasket comes off or the oring gets damaged. I have a 22 ST but I had a 2016 Edge Sport before I gave that to my daughter and it now has 140,000 miles in it. I didn't change the fluid until 120,000 miles(done at local shop). The fluid in that still looked OK but was dark.

What torque did you tighten the plugs to?

Is there a video or tutorial on how to reach the back plugs or do I have to take off the intake manifold?

The interior panel doesn't slide either. BTW it is a 2016 Edge Sport.

I simply cannot open my vista roof now. Lucky it is stuck closed. Does anyone know what to do to get it open? It doesn't even make a sound. I am wondering if a fuse if blown.
