  1. Thanks for the suggestion, I'd not heard of these. One thread said they are heavy but will take a look. I'll have a local shop change them as I don't have the tools.
  2. (Canada) I have the 401A package with upgraded brakes on my 2019 ST, which suck. My front rotors & pads have been replaced by Ford 3 times, rears twice & I've only done 85000km. The front pads were rusted to caliper so had them serviced. Brake judder & grinding very bad again. I don't want to go with Ford brakes again, can anyone recommend a good brake package to go with, probably calipers too? I have red caliper covers (bought separately from MGP) as they didn't come with the package in Canada, so looking for possible red or blue calipers. Thanks for any help / advice / suggestions - Phil
  3. Thanks guys for the PTU fluid advice. In the end I took it to Mister Transmission who were great & they did it for a little over $200. They also gave me back the unused half of the fluid for the next time. Why do Ford dealerships make it so difficult ? Now onto the next issue - brake judder / grinding noise. I've gone through 3 sets of rotors (discs) under warranty since new & now the same is happening again so need to find a solution & better rotors / pads. Mine are the upgraded package 401A but suck !! Cheers - Phil
  4. I keep being told by Ford that it's a sealed unit & they cannot replace the fluid?? I have found one dealership that say they can, but they wanna charge $230CAD + tax (I'm in Toronto area). I dont have the tools or knowledge to do it myself. Any idea's how much this should cost as it seems a crazy price to do it? Thanks for any advice. Cheers - Phil
  5. Many thanks for your advice & well noted.
  6. Thanks for your reply. NGK say it should be 0.032 but is this simply for this particular plug but for the 2.7 Ecoboost it should be 0.028" to 0.031"? Would Ford specs be the best to go for this on this engine or would NGK specs be better to go with for that specific plug type? I've heard people suggest that the gap should probably be smaller for the Ecoboost engines ?
  7. Thanks for the advice. So I have just bought NGK LTR7BHX / 95605 plugs & it says 0.032 gap. Would they already be pre-gapped? Is this the correct gap for an Edge 2019 ST? I don't have the tools so will have Ford install them for me, but want to instruct them on whether to gap or not gap them as I hear these plugs are fragile when being gapped & could be damaged easily? Thanks to 1004ron with great pictures & explanation on this subject.
  8. Can anyone confirm if the NGK plugs on Panda are the correct ones & if so why do they need to gap them to 0.26 before shipping? Are they just checking & changing the gap from the initial NGK gap?
