Good luck!! this is the 5th time and I have had this problem since 5000 miles. The last time I picked it up, didn't even get 20 miles and had to return it again. That is after replacing 2 seal kits, 1 brand new PTU, after that, another PTU, this last time was an update seal kit, (it was suppose to be an updated seal kit 3 times before; this must have been the new updated version) .....now, as we speak, they are ripping apart a brand new Ford Edge off the parking lot to put in mine....lol..no guarantees. this is the biggest piece of I have ever purchsed. We contacted a lawyer; however, if your vehicle is over 18000 miles, you may not be qualified under the so-called wonderful lemon law. Wish us luck on that!!
