New to this site. Just bought an Edge with a missing antenna mast. Thought it would be a simple fix, just buy a new one and screw it on. Not so, I can't seem to remove the little stud sticking out. And I've purchased three which picture an "open end" to accept the little stud, but when they arrived they already had a screw in them. I made a couple attempts to remove it, but it just keeps turning. I don't want to damage anything, and I'm about to just buy a whole new antenna base and mast but would rather not have to do that.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
