Hello all, hope I'm posting in the right forum here. I'm wanting to know where I can locate individual retainer clips for my 2013 Ford edge limited urge valve and connector hose that apparently mechanic shop failed to put on when replacing my purge valve. Dealership said I have to buy the whole house assembly for $96. I just need two plastic clips! -
Seeking to replace retainer clips that hold in solenoid purge valve and connecting hose on my 2013 Ford Edge Limited. .i recently discovered that those retainer clips were missing after having my solenoid purge valve replaced by a shop. I contacted a Ford dealer and they told me I would need to purchase an entire hose assembly kit for $96, that I could not purchase the retainer clips separately. I have not been able to locate an exploded diagram that indicates a part number for those retainer clips. Nor have I been able to locate the correct clips at any auto parts store nor online. Is there any way to locate the correct clips for my specific vehicle, or is there some other type of universal retainer clips that could work for my vehicle? Thank you!
