I ordered an Edge on July 26th and that one is still not in. We ended up buying one at a different dealer on Saturday. It's a great car. My wife is going to love it. It ended up costing $2700 more. It added leather, wheels, Sirus Radio (that was a waste of money), sound sytem, and tow package. IT was the same black as we odered. SEl Plus, campared to the Sel we ordered. I know have to try to get my $500 deposit back today from the dealer. The cost was about $80 more a month for a 36 month loan.

I ordered mine July 26th.

Could someone give me an idea of how many Edge's are still waiting to get worked on. Mine was build a bunch of months ago, but is sitting around. Thanks-

I know he is full of it. I wish I would see some with a roof around, so I can call him on it though. RT2525, Could you tell me if the Carcoal interior has a tan top and sides or if it is all black inside? I saw the charcoal leather has a tan top and it looked really sharp. Thanks-

Thanks for the info. I should have never ordered from the dealer. I think I will look for a ford dealer to get a SEL with a roof and then push hte subject about getting my $500 back. Has anyone seen a black cloth interior? I saw a brocure yesterday that was black leather and it has a tan top and sides and it looked pretty sharp. I was wondering if my Charcoal interior might have that look or will it all be charcoal. My oder was a black exterior and charcoal interior.

I finally got my Ford dealer to give me information about the Edge (SEL with the roof and AWD) we ordered from hin July 26. He called a month ago to tell us that it would be in the following week. That obviously never happened. Were starting to get some delivered in MN now and I called him to find out about mine. He said the Ford Rep said that there having problems with the Vista Roof and that there going to start building them for delivery in Feb or March. This sucks pretty bad seeing that I need a new car. Can anyone confirm this info or tell me if I'm going to start seeing sel's with a roof in the next month. HE said he wont give me my $500 back if I buy someplace else. Thanks-

A few things I need help with. We ordered a black SEL back in July with the roof. I learned from this site that shipping started a week ago. I called my dealer yesterday and he didn't even know that. HE said he has a serial number and a month ago he had a delivery date sometime in November. I noticed on Fords website that were (Minnesota) starting to get some. I called the dealers that the site said had some, but htey said that htey have never got them. Why would that be? I also noticed that all of the card are se's without roofs. Are the roofs not coming for awhile. I'm looking for some inside/truth info to see if my car isn't coming for a long time. We were excited to here they shipped last week, but know I'm thinking that I'm not going to see our car for a long time. Thanks-

Will we be seeing these in stores next week? I heard ok to ship was next week. Does that mean they leave Canada or what does that really mean? THanks-

Could someone help me who has seen the Edge on the line. We ordered the black Clearcoat with the Charcoal interior. My question is what someone thought of that combo if they've seen it. We worried about it being to much black, but also thought it would look pretty sporty. Thanks-

Could someone help me figure out the cost of the Edge I ordered back in July. The dealer is not help to me. All he has told me that they have confirmation that it was ordered August 3rd. I ordered a black AWD SEL with a Vista Roof, and all weather mats. Black interior. I know that doesn't matter, but I thought I would say it. I used an x-plan from my neighbor that workds at the St. Paul Plant. Thanks-
