jb124 Posted December 22, 2015 Report Share Posted December 22, 2015 I didn't see a thread on hitch accessories so I thought I'd share what I got for my 2015 Edge (with towing pkg): Hitch: Curt #45036 Class III hitch and ball kit (Amazon ~ $25). Even though the Edge is only rated for Class II, the hitch size is Class III, so be careful when ordering supplies. Reese #86532 LED "Ford" Hitch cover (Amazon ~ $30). It has a 2" mount and works well with the Edge's trailer wiring. My main complaint is that the foam (gasket/baffle) that comes with it is not deep enough to make a snug fit between the hitch and the cover. I did contact the vendor and they told me it was not possible to order another one to make a snugger fit. It's really cool, even the dealer techs were like, "whoa, where did you get that?" Hitch lock: Curt #23024 hitch lock (Amazon ~$14). It prevents people from stealing my LED hitch cover and eventually when I tow something, it will protect that as well.
