I’ve looked thru some older post about doing this unfortunately the various links mentioned are old and doa plus they tend to be a hodgepodge of info that aren’t specific to our Edge, like power liftgate, but I could have missed it too. One of the posters mentioned all the parts are already there on a ‘13, there wasn’t a confirmation if that’s true or not in any replies, is it true? If so, what’s needed besides enabling rs in Forscan? If not, what are the options to add rs with power liftgate and what parts are needed? TIA! dabangsta Posted 2 hours ago Report Share Posted 2 hours ago Your SEL has the IKT (the key start, key has the remote fob on the head). There are aftermarket remote starts that are easy to add that use the factory key (usually lock/unlock/lock sequence).
