We really like our Ford Edge which has been a big change for us as we have always driven either Chevy or Buick---but we are really puzzled as there is a problem that even the dealership can't figure out. When we had no more than 1,000 miles on it, there was a failure to start. We boosted it, and it started. We thought it was the battery, but it did fine for the next thousand miles. Then, same thing again. We have taken it to the dealer three times for this problem (it has happened at least eight times) and they say nothing shows on their computer. They say the battery and everything else shows fine, but we are afraid to drive it very far because we never know when it will need boosting to start. Needless to say, we are very frustrated. Can anyone help us with this problem?
