I'm closing in on 3 months of a problem in a car that should never have been delivered (link) and I'm just sick of chasing the dealerships, going back and forth, calling ford customer service and not getting any results. I want to get LOUDER and make more noise b/c I want this problem taken care of yesterday. I want to send a letter to someone (or more than 1 person) at Ford Canada, the owner of the dealership that i bought the car from and I will end up forwarding the letter/results to the local newspaper and give them bad press so they will do something about this.
