Yes, i have this problem on my 2011 edge sport and a couple other people have this same problem, word is that it is the heat shield between the exhaust and engine backing plate was flexing while turning right and caused the sound. The dealer claimed they adjusted it but the sound didn't go away!!!!! Crown Ford sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same issue and i thought it was because i change the lug nuts to the gorrilla locks but obviously thats not the case, i thought i put too much torque when tighting the locks!!!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, if you changed to the gorilla locks just make sure to purchase a 21" mm socket to fit the key and a breaker bar just in case you get a flat and need to change into your spare!!!! I got the socket and bar at Harbor Freight for $15 bucks and it's well worth it!!!!!!!
