Did you inquire about the $4,000 credit here in Ontario ?

who is your dealer and are they in canada because I phoned two more and one that is an APA dealer and they all told me the customer does not get the 4000, the bank does to reduce the rate ):

ok so now I need to know how you were compensated ?

I won't tell anyone else but would also like to know what I could bargain for ?

I actually went to Erinwood to get mine. I know a service manager at a dealership and he confirmed the issues Ford was having and they have now released the fix and cable as you suggested

Who did you deal with at Fraser ?

I called them and the guy who books the appointments said he is not aware of any issues with myford touch and the screens going blank ?

Called a few other to and they said the same thing. Wonder if employees are trying to cover this up ?
