I have a Prozen Air intake for a 2011 Edge Sport. This is the 3.7l V-6. I recently put the vehicle back to stock and am looking to get this intake out of my garage. It was a great intake while it was on the vehicle, i just wanted the car in its stock form is all. I will even include a 1/4 to 1/2 used K&N Filter cleaning kit. I am selling it $50. I am open to that i have a 2.5" Custom exhaust with a magnaflow muffler if anyone is interested. -
Does anyone still have the stock exhaust system for the 2011 edge sport 3.7? I want to go back to stock without paying an arm and leg at ford. Please PM me. Thanks, Dave

I average about 20mpg, which isn't great but it's not bad!

I bought an sct programmer and had a certified tuner write me a file to install on the machine. Once the file is on the device, its just a matter of plugging the device in and following on screen directions. You can get a sct tuning device and a custom file written from vmp tuning or morepowertuning.com. I would check sctflash.com to see if the have a database for your pcm first though.

so dark do you have any dyno numbers for your edge? im curious to see how much power was increased!

I have a 2012 edge sport with an air intake and custom exhaust. I took the truck to steeda for a dyno pull and it did ok with 248 to the front wheels. then i had Justin Starkey at VMP in Florida email a tune file and the truck jumped to 263 at the wheels. So IMO, Justin did a great job and i would highly recommend using him. Also if you dont feel comfortable with that and live in south florida or in valdosta, ga then Steeda has a great tune file for the 3.7's! Hope that helps. I can get you in contact with my guys here in south florida if you want.

I was always able to get a little chirp out of 'em before, but yes now they spin! My sport is FWD. I highly recommend Justin @ VMP

I know people have been waiting to find out what or edges can do so here it is! Stock with CAI and Exhaust my edge pulled 248 hp and 233 torque. With VMP Tune we pulled 263 hp and 237 torque. Also to note, the edge pulled a torque increase from 193 to 231 on the low end, so that's a huge gain! Justin @ VMP Tuning is awesome i am very happy with the results. spoke to him on the phone today. He said my strategy was in his software so he will do a tune for me. I have my fingers crossed that it will work. will let everyone know status when i receive the tune files and install them. If they work i will then get it on a dyno to make some tweeks and post the results here. thanks for the recommendation, justin does seem like he knows his stuff!

i would love to get a tune from him, the only problem is that he's pretty far from orlando even. Ill call him and see what he says though.

Johnny in sales talked to me about a guy in south carolina who had a brand new model 3015 for sale that he ordered and was never picked up. No i did not purchase a tune file for the device! I am currently looking for a place to tune here in south florida, besides steeda. Do you know of any dealers that can tune either here or in orlando area?

Its about a 3 hour drive but i am willing to make the drive if this can be done over a weekend or a couple of days at most! I ordered the device from a dealer and should have it within a day or so. Who can i speak to over there to see what i need to do from here for you once i receive it?
