  1. It's not 'bigger', but 'taller'. Why? TireRack shows no tires are available in that size!
  2. $1500, per rim at the dealer here...plus tax of course!

  5. 32's or nothin! :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2: :hysterical2:
  6. Yes, everyone has different taste. The white car looks great lowered on 22's! The blue on 24's, too big, don't like that wheel style either. Looks like the circus is in town, sorry. I see this crap all the time, the biggest wheels, and guys still run the stock brakes. BIG wheels are heavy, you better plan on a brake upgrade.
  7. I like the factory Edge Sport 22's, and I have both. OEM tire size is 265/40/22. They will fit your MKX of course. There are lowering springs for your car, but not mine. Frank
  8. Forget 24's unless you want to go on 'pimp my ride', 22's max. Plus the bigger W/T, the longer to stop, even worse performance/gas consumption. Also if you go 24's you will have to change up your wardrobe ( jeans with crotch even with the knees, baseball cap sideways, big gold colored chain) nowatimsayin! ...but it's your car!
  9. Just call a local dealer. They are $1500 a piece plus tax for just one wheel in Toronto.
  10. Why 'only' a 245? Kinda on the skinny side.
  11. i am, but you're too far away, shipping would kill you! I picked these up in the beginning of November, they were 'take off's' with less than a thousand KM. Put my car away at the end of the month, Car is still in storage. I have 2012 Sports that will replace them.
  12. [ Drag racing an Edge, what a waste of time! Lets get a heavier underpowered 'box' to 'walk' the track!!! :hysterical: quote name='Eatinitup' timestamp='1332852416' post='77216] Two things you don't play around with are Rims and Paint. You don't buy rims because you don't have the money to get the ones you want and you don't paint things on your car that can't be returned to stock in case you don't like it. Save up if you are worried about the "Dolla Dolla Bills Yall". As for racing an Edge at the track, I would have never put 22's on my Edge if I thought I wanted to partake in some "Smokey and the Bandit" on the weekends.. Although, there is a video of a guy on Youtube sporting a 2007 Edge SEL with catback exhaust, airaid intake, sct x3 tune and throttle body spacer running mid 15's on 22's @ 87mph I believe.. Don't quote me on the MPH but thats pretty damn good for a CUV with simple bolt ons running 22's.... IMHO that is.
  13. OK. almost a ringer, what do you think?
  14. I know what you mean! :happy feet:
  15. Reason I asked is that it's a lot of $$$ for brakes...for a truck/SUV...that you will never get back when you sell. On a sports car I could see it, as I have them.
  16. You do know how much a 'complete' set will run you? Are you willing to spend that much?
  17. Lets hope for your sake she does not come to this site! Any way I thought this thread was about wheels that fit Edge.
  18. That is not a FORD wheel that would fit an Edge/Splorer?Flex in 22''.
  19. Optional for what? Pic? Never heard of them.
  20. That's dealer price, and I wanted these factory wheels.
  21. $700 was a steal, they are almost $1500 up here!
