I had the same issue 2013 limited 28000 miles after three trips back to the dealer and a nasty conversation with "big blue corporate" the shifter was replaced, according to my dealer a new shifter design is coming out in September 2014, all that they are doing right now is replacing the defective design shifter with another and crossing thei fingers that it fixes the problem. What a joke, between the shifter and the SYNC issues i have been to my dealer 15 times in two years, unacceptable !!! Too bad the car was nice when it was new, now it is worth half its price after just two years

Canuck, Thanks for sharing your expertise, I am a clean freak when it comes to my car. I have a 2013 edge limited with cream colored seats, I have yet to find a real good cleaner for the seats, I am looking for something that is easy and quick, I have used Lexol and a few of the meguiars products, just not real happy with the results, It may be my process as well. Any suggestions would be very much apprecieated. Thanks

I have a 2013 Limited FWD. I have problem with the fuel gauge as well. Mine is after filling up I travel just a few miles under 50 and the gauge reads between full and 3/4. yet it will still show 300 miles to empty for all city driving. I dont think this is right. Any input is apprecieated. the dealer really has no solution

My keyless issue is a bit different I have a 2013 Edge with the keyless entry and start. I have had the Edge for 5 months, originally when I unlocked the car from the door handle on the drivers side, all of the doors would unlock ,recently that stopped, all that happens now is the drivers door unlocks from the handle on the drivers side, in order to unlock the other doors I have to open the door and hit the switch to unlock the other doors. If I go to the passenger side door and attempt to unlock all the doors from the door handle (passenger side) it will unlock all the doors. I am not sure what is going on, I have scheduled a trip to the dealer in a few days, but when I made the appt they seemed a bit confused. Any information or comments and questions are welcome. I love to go to the dealer prepared.

Ok well I am now past my expected delivery date (given to me from the factory), I called my salesman and he told me that he will let me know as soon as the wheels hit the ground, I called the factory as well and was told that there is no way for them to be able to tell me where it is and how much longer I have to wait. I am puzzled isnt ther a way to track incomiing cars to a dealership? It is hard to belive that nobody can tell me where the car is. Any help or advise will be greatly appreciated

I am a big fan of NXT as well. Is that all I need from the start or should I use something else. My Edge should be in my hands any day now i am just planning on getting a good coat on ASAP just not sure which route to go (paint sealent or just NXT), I do like the reflectivity of NXT and think that will be important for deep impact blue

Ok i just called the factory for an update and was told that my Edge is in transit. Does anyone know how long tranist takes I live in Chicago. Thanks

My vote is for the original if you got the 20 wheels if not all black is nice as well. I ordered deep impact blue as well is it easy to keep clean?

I am waiting for my 2013 Limited (ordered May 1) to be delivered and am trying to find a screen protector for the nav screen,does anyone know if there is a screen protector similar to phone protectors, that can be applied to the nav screen to hide the fingerprints? Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered mine May 1 I was also told 6- 8 weeks . I have my Vin #. I know there is a way to track the progress just have not found it any help would be great. How do Imfind my window sticker?
