  3. I still have these available, the ebay buyer failed to pay up, but i am currently still on vacation out of state. I should be back next week.
  4. Like posted on ebay, for your easy viewing pleasure. http://www.ebay.com/itm/151074864940?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  5. You need to look at machine shops that do industrial machining or farm and tractor machining. The machine shop that did mine did it on a lathe. I had to have the tires removed so he could clamp on to it. He just milled the lip out of the center, about 1inch deep, the depth wont matter, just grt the diameter right and you will be fine.
  6. I still have these available and i am willing to drop the price to $1500.
  7. I know from first hand experience that you will need to have the newer wheels machined out to 70.5mm to fit your older edge. I just finished doing mine a month or so ago. Cost me $150 to have all four done. Finding a machine shop with a lathe that large is the hard part. Good luck
  8. I want to know what they used to perform the changes. You mentioned a laptop, this indicates that there may be a program availible to download and use so we can perform these functions without having to spend 3 hours arguing with the dealer. Do you have any more specific info about the program they used?
  9. He Is correct, the edge went to a smaller hub bore on the newer edges. Believe me, I learned the hard way. if you want to use them, itll cost about $200 to machine them.
  10. My old 22's are sale, they would fit your 2008 without any problem. Springs were only $260 from steeda, free installation, and a 100$ alignment afterwards. Too bad you dont live closer or Id offer to install the springs for you if you bought the wheels! lol hell I might even consider buying your old wheels if they are 17's or 18's. Id like to invest in a set of snow tires so I dont trash all my hardwork next winter.
  11. Willing to trade for a s10 pickup with a v6. I need something to haul with. Doesnt have to be pretty.
  12. I just finished instslling h&rs a few weeks ago, it wasnt that bad. There is always a slight learning curve to new cars. Took me a few hours do do the one side, and aout 30m to do the other and another hour to put it all back together. Spent the entire day doin both front and rear.
  13. Now available since i got my new wheels installed finally. 2 at 7/32 2 at 8/32. A few blemishes but not trashed. Officially on craigslist http://desmoines.craigslist.org/pts/3843728961.html
  14. I love the fact that its lowered but ever since then i have been getting some squeking rubber from the strut isolators out side of that i really dont notice anything different other then how it looks. Id like to redesign a door panel kinda like what is in mercedes s class with a piano black peice of trim and some ambient lighting underneath..
  15. I finally got my new wheels put together and installed today....what a journey. It took me nearly 6months but i finally got them. 2013 ford edge sport 22in wheels. $450 each Yokohama parada spec x 265-40r22 tires $260 each Tpms sensors $65 each Center caps 55$ each Having tires put together $175 ouch.....only to find out they wont fit cause the hub diameter was too small Having tires dissasembled $40 Having a machine shop bore out the hubs to fit the larger diameter 160$ Having the tires then reassembled another 175$..... So i think we are up to about 3900$. Thats a lot of dough just for wheels and tires...at least i didnt have to pay retail for the wheels $1800 each!!!!! So tell me, you think it was worth it? I think so. Couple that with h&r springs, blacked out grille....its getting closer. Next up quad HID retrofit or possible re-skinning the interior plastics with leather, red stitching and some piano black trim. I havent decided yet, i hate my seats enough to do them before the headlights. I need more cushion!!!
  16. I purchased and painted a new Grille in Flat black to better the appearance of the car. So I have this one for sale. This one came off my 2009 Ford Edge Sport and It has 35k miles on it. Nothing is broken. It does show a little sign of wear but its not real noticeable unless you really look at it. For sale on ebay I do accept Paypal!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/151045186360?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  17. I did find a machine shop, they are going to mill them out next week.....at a whopping $100 a wheel guess its gonna have to come out of my headlight budget..
