  1. Well I think I'm gonna end up going with the black Giovanna Kilis 22"s, but I'm thinking I'm going plasti-dip the grill and emblems on the car. I was mostly looking for technique and whatnot and ran across this thread.
  2. Unfortunately not for long. Have a baby on the way so my other baby is up for sale. Had to get the wifey and Edge. I thought about getting rid of my R/T but it has a new short block and the goat has 90k miles. So....I'll start saving agani and one day have a CTS-V with the blower in it.
  3. It's the interwebs, you can find anything on here LOL
  4. I know but I'm terrible with patience and painting LOL. Those two things and me don't mix. But if you are patient then yes, this technique is great and the OP did a great job doing an awesome instructional video. I'm not downplaying it or trying to make it a pissing match, just saying.
  5. Couple of videos....... Here's the pics... And car No. 2
  6. Yup, better than trying to squeeze hands through spokes for me at least. Just seems like it would be an easier way to get a even coat with no runs/drips.
  7. I thought so, I like the way it turned out but it just seemed like it would have been a hell of a lot easier to just jack stand an axle and do 2 wheels at a time. Just my opinion, but you did a great and very thorough write up. I just wouldn't feel like masking off the rotor etc... and that's just cause I'm a lazy f*** LOL.
  8. So I'm thinking about upgrading to some 22's but I want to see how quickly and how much I could fetch for a set of these. We just got the truck so the tires are basically brand new Pirelli's. Is $1,500 for the set reasonable? Also located in Houston so local pickup works the best as I have never shipped rims. Just a side question, do I need to keep the TPMS system from the stock rims to put in the new ones? Thanks for the help. H4
  9. Good how to but wouldn't it be easier to just take the wheel off and spray it on? Or am I missing something?
