  1. Purchased the ford ones for the front and use the pattern mentioned in posts. The ones in the instructions were not even close. Used the enclosed clips for the top screw placement. Was a bear maneuvering the clip on the wheel well but was able to get it on with out drilling into any metal. As far as the window tint. I had just front and side windows done. Looks great. The front as mentioned is little if any tint. Came across the front about 8 inches fron top. Just right for me. Adds way more protection from sun.
  2. Somebody needs to come up with a rear bumper protector that raps around outer edge made out of brushed stainless with a rubber trim around edge. Used to own a Murano SL and liked looked and was the best bumper protector I've seen. Any findings ???? Idea? How about something like the door sill (luminated) for the rear bumper and would luminate when opening rear hatch ???
  3. After playing around with the controls this is what I found. I too had the "low on freon" smell. So I tryed this and it seems to work so far...... Turn on MAX on A/C and the temp setting should be set to "LO" >>> DONT TOUCH THAT DIAL >>> Leave setting at "LO"... and KEEP IT THERE !!! Don't set any other tempteture other than "LO".... If cabin gets too cold, adjust the "FAN" speed ONLY..... not the tempature setting.... If still too cold switch to "recirclation" setting..... Again >>> leaving the tempature setting at "LO" [always] I live in Las Vegas and this is working so far for me..... Hope this helps some of you.....
  4. Thanks I'll try that first thing in morning. B - J - T is the formula. By the way what is a speed nut clip you mentioned? Is it one of the clips with the threaded nut attached that seems to slip on to existing panel to thread a screw into? Mud flaps came with several in bag when purchased. Thanks.

  6. Thanks for pictures of cut areas. I have a 2013 edge. Soon after deal purchased mud guards and cargo mat. Instructions say nothing about cutting mud guard. Noticed the holes to be drilled out didn't match screws on fender well. What holes did you use? Did you attach the upper top edge by drilling your own and using the clips with threads in them? Thanks
