Yes it is only the upper grille, simple straightforward install, remove bumoer and screw in using oem hardwire and mount holes

Thanks Cell, Feel free to steal away, i actually blacked out the amber in my headlight today and what a change it made to the front end, i also peeled the dip on my hood to give it some more accent colors well. Getting prepared to dump the blurple and go with flex blue anyway and having the mirrors, the grill, all of the trim and the rear spoiler painted a gloss black.

The led bar is just mounted to he bumper and wired to the old foglight wiring that was replaced by the custom led DRL foglight Panels i made. If you are referring to the lights in the top center of the grill i actaully found individual LEDS and mounted them to the grill one by one.
