I just got Michelin Premier LTX tires, they're great, much better than the Latitude Tour HP's that came OE. -
3200 is pretty close to the max 3500 (2.0/V6 with the tow package). You'd be better off towing with an Explorer 3.5 V6 EcoBoost 4WD. Sure thing, I think they'd end up even whiter than the LED accents/fogs.

I have the 35w ballasts with 5500k bulbs and they're whiter than the LED accent lights so..
