My 2012 back-up camera was working intermittently. I decided to upgrade from SYNC 2 to SYNC 3. After doing that still no change with the camera. But after a couple weeks it finally quit working all together. I replaced the camera yesterday and the camera works fine now but has no guide lines. I have seen a bunch of others with this same issue. Did anyone figure this out short of taking it to the dealer?

I just did the same hing to my 2012. But paid a bit more for mine. I did put the antenna on the metal cross member under the dash. Wondering why you put the USB ports where you did? The kit I got, the USB ports were made to replace the inputs in the center console. It was an exact replacement. But, to me, well worth doing!!!

Just added the DayTime Bright Lites tail light to my 2012 Edge. They look very nice. I'll soon be ordering the front LED's.

Refresh my memory. What does IDS stand for? This is something the dealer does, right?

I have a 2012 Limited without DRL's. I have heard about people going to the dealer and having them activated (for lack of a better word). If the dealer can do this, is the DRL's going to be the led vertical light in the bumper or the headlights? Thanks!

Thanks. I know they make an aftermarket kit for it. I was hoping to use the existing lights somehow.

I have a 2012 Limited that has the LED lights in the front bumper. Is there any way (modification) that will allow them to stay on all day? I know you can purchase aftermarket. Thought I would check this direction first. Thanks.

Just purchased a 2012 Limited for my wife for Christmas. I have always liked the way they looked. It's pretty much loaded (panoramic sun roof, 20 inch wheels, etc..). Got it from a private party with 51,000 miles which was avg according to NADA. Got it for $18,900 Which according to NADA was a good price. BUT, had to spend $400 to get the infamous door switch replaced.

If you upload a new background that is on the lighter side you don't notice the fingerprints near as much as a darker background.

I just purchased a 2012 Edge Limited for my wife a Christmas present. The next week it had this issue. But the previous owner had told me they had it in the shop for this. They cleaned it and said it would probably have to be replaced soon. Spent $400 at the dealer yesterday. Hopefully it's good to go for a few years now.
