  1. Okay, so there are some. I was starting to think it was only the SEL.
  2. Stay on them. The last time I had mine replaced they told me they would only cover 50% and that I would need to pay the balance. I refused and went to the CEO of the dealership. Told him the full story with photos. Long story short, they replaced them at no charge. I hope it never happens again!
  3. Go to another dealership! Keep on them. Talk to the CEO of the dealership. I wish you all the luck. Here is a story for you,....I use to see a lot of Ford Edges on the road before I bought mine. I have had the tail lights replaced 4 times in total now! So I decided that each time I went into the city I would walk around and look at every Edge I see. I have to tell you straight out, I haven't seen the Titanium model or the Sport Model with water in the lights only the SEL? So I've looked at over 30 Edges and so far it's the SEL model, maybe just a coincidence?
  4. I wish you lots of luck and hope someone will help you out. I know the feeling all too well. You buy a new car and you want it to look nice. Mine was a New 2016 Edge SEL, here is the light history. Each time I had to fight tooth and nail and each time took around 2 months to complete. In the course of 2 years, I had the signal lights changed under warranty (each side 3 times)! The light bar on the back of hatch which has the backup lights was replaced twice, once under warranty and the second time they said I would have to pay! When the job was done they waved the charges! I also had the headlights replace under warranty, they were not very bright and the lens looked dirty, they told it was spider cracks? Anyway, they were replaced when the car was about a year old. I'm done with Fords, the Edge will get traded off!
  5. I have more than condensation,......I it looks like I showered inside the lens! If he paid that much for his car, then he really doesn't care if there is moisture in the lights.
  6. Okay, maybe I am a little pissed! I would think that a $55,000 dollar car would not have issues with the lights. Wizard,...........Do you have water in your tail lights or are you good with that?. Did you spend $55,000.00 on your car?
  7. Well I think we are off topic here. I have been driving for 50 years and have NEVER had vented lights! Personally they are a joke for FORD to make money.
  8. So, are you trying to tell me that there are heat sinks and sometimes even fans attached to LED bulbs inside my lights? I really don't think so! Yes, aftermarket headlights have these because they are not stock!
  9. I was told that what you have is what you have. There is no update for navigation on the 2016 Edge? I have, sync 3 software 3.0 Gracenote, 1.1.1.1139(NA-0010) Navigation Maps, 1 14 This is suppose to be totally up to date!
  10. Yes, correct, low, medium and high! It still doesn't work! The dealer has given up, Ford does nothing but tell me to see my dealer! I know it's small thing, but come on. This isn't new technology, my 2001 Olds had it. I'm not impressed with FORD!
  11. Hello, I bought my new Edge SEL in November of 2016. Since then I have had the tail lights replaced 3 times and once on the rear lift door due to water inside the lamps! I have 80,000kms on it now so no warranty left and the rear lift door lights are full of water AGAIN?? The dealer ship told me I would be responsible as there is no warranty on my car! I thought parts had a 1 year warranty on them? They told me that warranty goes back to the first claim??? I am really pissed at FORD over this to the point that I could sell my Edge and NEVER buy Ford again! This water in the tail lights is a joke! Who has ever heard of vented LED lights ?
  12. My dealer gas never heard of this problem but they do know I have a problem. All they can do is email Ford and wait until Ford gets back to them! I'm not a happy Ford camper!
  13. Okay, I do not have these settings??? No numbers 0-7. I have the Speed adaptive volume and the only setting are: "Low, Medium and High". Thanks
