Depending on your build date/ mileage you might be under warranty. If one dealer doesn't address your concerns, try a different dealer. Finding a your preferred dealer will come with growing pains. I tried 3 different dealers before finding a dealer that is in a different state. Half hour drive but its a pain nonetheless.

I am no longer under the maufacturers warranty, I am still under my extended warrany. It is 'required' to go back to the puchasing dealership for repairs. I have had it there but they are saying without a 'code' or it constantly doing this, there is no way to diagnose it. I have been to 7 dealerships and have 14+ complaints to Ford Corporate, with no fix! I was hoping I wasn't the only one and someone had a fix!

Thats cray. What type of extended warranty do you have? I can get my edge serviced in Canada with my extended warranty.
The view looks magnified. Since it doesn't do this all the time is something hitting the magnification button? I'm sure you are saying to yourself how the hell would that happen with out intentionally doing it.
Just have to ask. If the view is intermittently magnified I don't see why they cant check the settings, check the module, the wiring, replace the camera etc.
