  1. Well after a few months I took delivery of the aFe exhaust. 304 stainless and it looks and so far fits nicely. I do have 10” of 2.5” pipe incase I need to extend the pipe more so into the tips. I’m excited to get this and the CVF intercooler installed.
  2. After talking with Terry at aFe they gave me a great deal on the exhaust the developed for the ST. 40% off, no tax, and free shipping. They just want install pics, final instal, and sound/video clips.
  3. I talked to Terry Weeks at afe about the exhaust for my 18’ Sport. They gave me a 30% discount and got free shipping- cost was $867 and all they wanted in return was install pictures and audio clips- they think it won’t fit the sport but the OEM exhausts are identical. they also told me the GT momentum intake wouldn’t fit either but again, it does as they are the same air box with a slightly different air box lid design. I’ll keep the forum posted once the downpipes come in from UP and I’ll do the install all at once. Tyler
  4. Yes, I meant DTP Fab. He did say he had a few to make and ordered all the material on Saturday. So hopefully by thanksgiving I will get it in and have it powder coated.
  5. So Ramfab no longer makes the cold side charge pipe but a guy DTFabworks does. It looks a lot nicer than the Ramfab, less welds, and fro lm other ST users the say it is better quality and lighter than the Ramfab version. here is a photo: 1.5-2 week build to delivery time.
  6. Does anyone have this exhaust on their ST? What are your thoughts on it? Videos online show zen reading less than 90 and has no cabin drone and a good tone that doesn’t draw too much unwanted attention- perfect for a daily IMO. Paired with larger downpipes and high flow cats I think would make for a perfect pairing. if you have this, please leave your feedback. thanks, Tyler
  7. I just purchased one from Addco back in late august. You can still get them from Addco- Just call and talk to a sales representative and order. I paid $285 for mine.
  8. Just email ultimate performance and give them a heads up. They were getting one ready for myself and another edge ST.
  9. These are for the ford fusion sport. The one downpipe had the exact serial number from ford from the fusion to sport with the longer one being slightly different. The one on the edge is a little longer. I will have the shop doing the install modify it to fit. UP states they have a had luck with a few Edge owners installing these with little modification to the downpipe. 10. After a couple months of ordering the intake I finally got it a few days ago. Instal took maybe 25 min. Most of the time was taking off the front strut tower brace and engine cover. After that it was maybe 5 min. Fit and quality was perfect. Driving it for a few days I did notice low end throttle response is better and it pulls a tad harder on the top end from about 4K rpm- to redline. Maybe a little bit more low/mid frequencies in sound difference. Running some datalogs the intake at WOT pull in temps 2-5 degrees that of ambient outside temps. I’m happy with the install and purchase and think once I do downpipes/exhaust it will help even more. Once I get back from Florida, I’m working on my new FMIC grill and installing the grill, intercooler, turbosmart BOV, and UP rear motor mount. The suspension install isn’t until 11/27 as I’m still waiting for my Addco rear sway bar and whiteline rear end-links to get here. Hopefully in December/January I’ll get the downpipes in and I’m really sold on the AFE Vulcan 2.5” catback for the Edge ST price is about the same as I would pay for custom exhaust and I like that it is quiet and still has a decent tone to it. With the downpipes it should be a little more aggressive sounding.
  11. I would find what mufflers you want and a resonator and have a good exhaust shop that uses stainless steel to make you a custom exhaust.
  12. Well I just got home and the intercooler was delivered! Shipping was very quick. I ordered Wednesday and it’s here already. Packaging was great as well. the intercooler is massive compared to OEM and it’s looks absolutely beautiful. Welds and construction look great. Can’t wait to get this installed. Now I just gotta figure out what to do with the lower IC grill.
  13. Good to hear! I currently have an Unleashed tuning 93 octane performance tune, heat range colder spark plugs, a 170 degree thermostat, and the UP RMM. I’ll be doing the intake install along with the Velossa Tech Big Mouth, and CVFab FMIC. This winter I’m doing 3” down pipes from Ultimate Performance and 2.5” exhaust. Then doing a Turbosmart BOV and maybe the BBK throttle body- albeit, I’m still unsure about the price:performance ratio of the throttle body. I’ll return for E30/E50 once I open the exhaust up a bit.
  14. Nice! Practically same car. How do you like it? Any noticeable difference in power, sound, or acceleration?
  15. Back in august I purchased the AFE GT Momentum air intake system. Production nowadays is very slow and I’m still waiting on the product to ship from the warehouse. Has anyone else installed this on their ST/Sport? I also have had a Velossa Tech bigmouth I need to install/modify to fit the Sport. i will be removing the AGS system and installing the big mouth, intake, and FMIC from CVFab at once since the bumper needs to be removed. Here is the link to the air intake system. https://afepower.com/afe-power-50-70094r-momentum-gt-cold-air-intake-system-w-pro-5r-filter
  16. Hey guys, I ordered a CV Fab FMIC 2 days ago and it arrives today. A lot of the Explorer ST guys love their products and have a great quality reputation and good performance gains. I used a discount code at checkout and got the intercooler for less than $550. I will post pics once I receive it and should be placing the FMIC next month as me and my family are traveling a lot this October. Here is a link for the product. I am not affiliated with CV fab.- but I genuinely feel this is a great product, the customer service, and shipping was very quick. They had stated that if sales with the intercooler do well, they will produce more parts for this platform. https://www.cvfab.com/collections/19-23-2-7l-ford-edge-st-intercoolers-and-piping/products/cvf-performance-intercooler-2019-2023-ford-edge-st-2015-2023-ford-edge-sport-lincoln-nautilus

      Hey Xtra,

Do you know if you still have that product available?

  18. Hey everyone, I am a new member to the forum- although, I have browsed and used this site in the past for mods, ideas, and information and it’s nice to see how many of you had helped the modding community. My vehicle is a 2018 Ford Edge Sport and I’ve had the vehicle for 4 years now. 3 years after purchasing it I bought an SCT tune from unleashed, an AFE air filter, a boomba bov, and that was it. Recently, I started to get the itch to mod the vehicle even more. I ordered an AFE GT momentum intake, H&R lowering springs, Bilstein b6 shocks and struts, and an Addco rear sway bar. I’m interested in Xtras air lid mod and wondering if he will chime in and maybe he has some available… have been talking to a garage near me called Hi-Test Garage out of Albany NY to do my suspension install and setup and to discuss making 2.5” downpipes and a custom exhaust. Wondering if anyone has input on exhaust setups? I want something quiet but with some ok tone. Was thinking a magnaflow resonated X-pipe and two of the biggest mufflers from magna flow that would fit in the back. I’m also thinking about changing all the charge and intake piping to metal similar to what EcoPowerParts makes for the fusion sport or if they are a direct fit. Other parts I’m considering are the Tubrosmart BOV, Ultimate Performance FMIC,and BBK throttle body and once I have my exhaust work done I’d like to retune the car to run on E30 or E50. Here are some pics- just started the process of blacking out the car.
