Update on the edge. So apparently because the diff is broken it can now somewhat do burnouts and drift. I think this proves that a edge it the most resilient vehicle because im literally driving it with a diff thats completely split apart, a radiator that is destroyed, and absolutely 0 exaust and its still driving. Long live the fedge

I am it was the rear diff, it was cracked and 2 days ago it fully split apart. Ill add pics of when I got it back from the shop and now

Well guys this might be the end of my edge. The power steering doesn't work at low rpms, and it grinds, clanks, squeaks, and lunches when driving from a stop. It is leaking oil and and i believe it has transmission issues. She has been a great car for me but I just cant justify putting more money into it. I dont think I will be getting a nother ford edge so im sad to no longer be a ford edge owner or part of the community. Hope yalls ford edges last long and drive well. Fairwell.

Brakes fell apart last week and cost $1100 to repair, my front speakers are busted, I need a bumper and radiator. Fun times w the edge

Good news, keeping the edge. Got it fixed cheap, probably gonna fall apart in a few years but hopefully get me through college.

the abs already got done it now needs and exhaust and other

front brakes, sway bar, exaust fixed, abs control module. those are the recent ones. and it needs rear brakes more sway bar stuff and a whole new exaust

it might be the end of my ford edge days soon. ive already put close to $5000 into it for repairs and it needs a nother 2500 after just getting out of the shop. i dont know if its worth repairing anymore but i have so many memories with it that its hard to let go.

99,000 miles, and I haven't had a dealer quote it. I like to fix my own stuff after a shop quoted me $500 for a couple repairs and I did them for $80

The blinker itself broke and I needed to replace the entire thing.

Broke the mirror glass trying to replace the blinker on the passenger side mirror. Blinker is still not replaced and I cannot figure it out🥲
