Just don't call them to "activate" your account. On my F-250 I was listening for free well over 1 year. I had an old Sirius account I wanted switched over, so when I called I officially started my 6 month free (already over a year into it). They have no idea when the vehicle is sold, it could just be sitting on the lot for a long time. So if the satellite radio is playing when you buy the car you're good to go for a while. I recently cancelled my account and refunded the money from my F250. I want to see how long I can go with this car....

I wonder what ever happened? If this person would have waited 4 months, they would be paying less for gas than 4-5 years ago. Instead they got the typical knee jerk reaction like too many others and ended up screwing themselves in the long run.

800 miles average 70% hwy/ 30% stop and go, hand calculated- 17.5mpg lie-o-meter reads - 18.5mpg The computers are always off for me. My 2008 F-250 diesel would read about 1 mpg off also. I just installed a drop-in K&N (I don't expect anything from it), Magnaflow cat back seems back ordered and my SCT programmer will be here next week. We'll see what happens then?

NXT for me also. I used to use Zaino on my cars but it was a PITA mixing, going over the car three times and the smoothness didn't last long. I found NXT to be easier to use and look just as good.

Yep, The CAI doesn't seem to do much good. Even the guys at EvolutionPerformance suggested to just get the K&N drop-in for the SCT tuner I ordered through them. I also have the Magnaflow cat back on it's way. I'll report any findings on this site when everything gets installed :happy feet:
