  1. DId you do the job youself? Is the special piston push in toll required? or can a standard clamp be used?
  2. I was thinking the same thing but saw this DIY; http://www.paulstravelpictures.com/Ford-Edge-Rear-Brake-Pads-Replacement-Guide/index.html Looks to be a regular C clamp used on a standard piston. Wasn't sure if someone here had first hand knowledge
  3. I want to perform a brake job on my 2009 Edge (pads & rotors). Anyone know if the rear caliper pistons need that special tool (screw & press in) or is it a standard piston type? Any replacement recommondations for better brake feel (no new braided lines for me) ?
  4. ever think about doing the flat black vinyl wrap that is popular these days instead of painting?
  5. rear seat track covers are for charcoal interior? or is black different? 2 pieces?
  6. I believe the mustang has alot of aftermarket stuff like that. might want to see if theirs would work.
  7. can you tell us what you did so we don't do the same.
  8. still waiting to see pricing for the 2011. exterior changes aren't that better than 2009/2010 but interior is major upgrade. They'll have to be a $$ increase
  9. saw this pic on ford 2011 edge site. wonder if the pedals are for the Sport or all models. wonder if they would fit 2009's. seems to mimic the new grill but would be better than the all black on my '09.
  10. I have the same thing under the same conditions. Took it to the dealer and they indicated it was normal. Please post is you find out something different. The noise is less on AM band but sure about SAT or USB but seemed most pronounced on FM.
  11. How can someone tell if the rear sub woofer is working?
  12. I have ~7500 miles on my 2009 and no issue. 18" CLAD wheels still look good, we'll see after this winter though.
