Yep, you must remove the front bumper cover in order to remove the headlights. Its really pretty easy. I just had mine off the other day to change out my chrome grill for a color matched one.

@sabtaj1 i like the original grill...so it will stay. Vinyl stripes is not so fine cause of the glass roof. Think it would only look nice if the stripes would reach from front to rear. I actually meant just the center of your hood starting the width of the grill and going all the way to the windshield. Kinda like what they did on a 86 gt mustang. No biggie. Whatever you decide will be fine I am sure. Its hard to ask what you should do because everyone has different tastes.

Would be a cool blend as the roof is blk too. Dunno, Photoshop it, would like to see a pic.

I wil be lowering mine also. I still have the camber bolts I bought for my 07 mustang since I did not need them. I am thinking I probably wont need them. Also, before you decide to get it aligned, drive your car for atleast a month to let the springs settle first. I hope the H&R springs ride nice. Mine have been sittin in the garage for a month now.

I installed HID's with the slim ballasts on my fogs. On the drivers side I was able to do it all through the top under the hood. Has a pretty good open area to reach down to get to it. The passengers side was harder, I ended up taking out about 4-5 screws out of the inner fender well and going though there to install the ballast and bulb. It was too cold for me to rip er all apart. LOL.

Our regular edges have the chrome on the inner housings and on the sports the chrome is black instead. It all depends on your taste, I personally like the black inner houseings. I dont have any pics to show you the difference but if you know what to look for you will notice as soon as you look at a sport. Hope this helps...

Thanks! I bought the wagon from the original owner at goodguys in Kansas. LOVE IT, dont see em. Yes the GT has 20x8.5 fronts with 255/35 and the rears are 20x10 with 295/30 I think. could be 40 and 35?? LOL. I got rid of my 03 marauder that I played with to buy the edge. It was faster than the stang. LOL. went 12.26 @ 113 on stock radials with two kidss seats and a full size stroller. HAHAHA. I got an 07 blk sel and absolutely love it, wanted the sport but didnt want the payment. Booo...

That is awesome. I really wanna see pictures from the sides of it slammed and lifted. Did you do air struts in the front and just bags in the rear? I am curious. 6 months is a long time. I hope it was air ride tech or somthing that could possibly make a kit or sell brackets or somthing. Nice

Anyone try a chin spoiler? I put a Mach 1 chin spoiler on my mercury marauder and it looked amazeing. Maybe I will grab another and give er a try. I wil atleast check and see if its possible. Would look really good on a lowered one.

I installed the Brandmotion direct connect ipod adapter. I am so freakin happy!! As for I have an 07 also. I have my steering wheel controls still and everything. reads songs and artists and all on the radio Lcd. I got it for $140 shipped on ebay. It came directly from brandmotion. I actually just changed the lows, highs and fogs. I installed the hid low (8000k standard digital) and fogs (8000k slim digital) and piaa extreme white highs. All I can say is WOW. I am very happy.

I dont know the part numbers for the headlights but you are looking at around $450 or a little more for both headlights from a sport. CRAZY!

Instead of useing overlay film, I would avoid useing the nite shades spray cause if you dont like it you cant remove it. I would go with Vinyl, like what they use for decals. They sell it in all colors on ebay. They are transparent and you can see though them. I acually got the red and did my tail lights all red cause I am not a big fan of the euro tail lights. Its super easy to install and if you decide to ditch it just peel it off like a sticker. I have a friend that has had it on his headlights and tails for 5 years now with no problems. Protects them too. Just look for headlight or tail light vinyl.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but has anyone ordered the black grill? I was wondering if its just black or metallic black like the sports? I have an 07 that is just black and would like to buy one that is already plain black. Thanks.
