Hey I also ordered a white sport and hopefully I get it next week. I think you should leave it alone because the grill really stands out in a white sport. It looks sicks. I love the chrome grill, but they way they setup the sport just looks killer.

Just ordered a 2011 Sport AWD. I got it in white with nav, vision package, drivers' entry package, sunroof, and back-lit door sills (MSRP 43,555). Now comes the hardest part of all: THE WAIT!!! The salesperson told me about 10-12 weeks, while the manager told me 6-8 weeks. Who is right and who should I believe? I can't wait

Thanks for the head up. I appreciate it!!! One thing just hit me. The dealer that I'm going to (I live in NY) has the Sport exactly how I want it, but in Red. If I ask them to paint it white platinum, will they do it or flat out refuse, or does it depend?

Hey folks, I am going to a Ford dealer tomorrow and going to order my 2011 Edge Sport!!! I was wondering how long it would take. I know the designated time is 6-8 weeks, however, I wanted some opinions. Tomorrow is October 22. I am hoping I can get my Edge between Dec. 22 & Dec. 24. I want it in that time frame because that is when my semester ends and I would be finish with my final exams, therefore I would have more time to play around with the Edge and its technology. Also, I do not want to get stuck with the holiday season because from what I understand, after Christmas, vacation would begin and I won't be getting my car till January. So, by placing my order tomorrow, will I be able to get my Edge between Dec. 22 & Dec. 24? Thanks for your opinions and after I place & confirm my order, I will post up the specs of the car.

Yea I'm probably gonna use a usb, but CDs are much more convenient and I like to order my songs in a certain way. Even though I'm getting the Edge Sport, just like the one above, I wonder why they would change the CD player from 6 to 1? Confusing, but I love this CUV/SUV. I loved my 08 SEL AWD, but this is totally a whole new animal. Hopefully I get mine before Thanksgiving, as I'm going to place the order this week or next week. Can't wait!!!

Hey I was just wondering, how many CDs can the player hold? I know my 08 SEL can hold 6 CDs.

Hey do you think the 22' wheels would be good for snow? Because it does snow a lot here in NY.

Hey guys I want to buy a 2011 Edge but I'm confused as to which one to get. I went to a local dealer today and saw both the Limited and the Sport. I loved the way the Sport looks because it looks more upright and those 22' wheels do not look as big. I test drove the Sport to see how the ride would be and it was incredible. The ride was pretty smooth considering the size of those wheels. I currently own a 2008 Edge SEL AWD with 18' wheels and the new Sport felt like it was gliding down the road compared to my 2008 Edge, that's how smooth it was. The thing is I have been reading some reviews online which say that the Sport feels heavier, the wheels will be hard to replace, and that it is slower than the SEL. However, I'm a guy that likes the look of his ride rather than speed because in New York, its hard to find clear highways! So my question is should I opt for the Limited or a SEL with smaller wheels or should I get the Sport? Thanks!
