rhoov Posted January 5, 2014 Report Share Posted January 5, 2014 Just got my 2008 Edge on 1/2/2014. Sorry, already disappointed. Dealer flushed tranny fluid during service (at my request, has 62000 miles) and the next day (yesterday) I started to experience some slamming into gears. So, I'm searching for TSB's or whatever I can find on this. I purchased a 2010 Escape last January and on Monday, 12/30/2013, it was in the shop for the exact same thing. They determined the TCM needed an update and I'm assuming this may be what's going on with the Edge. Who da thought?? Coincidence????? Anyway, these are our first Ford cars since 1976.
