ls973800 Posted April 22, 2015 Report Share Posted April 22, 2015 (edited) I traded my 2013 Ford Edge in and have some parts for sale. 4 New Ford TPMS Sensors These fit over 127 different Ford models and years, including the 2011 and up Ford Edge. I will take $35.00 for all four which will include shipping to the lower 48 states. Part numbers on each sensor are DE8T1A180-AA and DE8T1A150-AA Four wheel lock lug nuts and the lug key to install or remove them. I purchased this kit when I bought my Edge new but only had the locks on for a month or two. When I switched rims I removed these locks. They will fit numerous Ford or Lincoln vehicles, including the 2011-2014 Edge. Ford Part Number 7T4Z-1A043-A I will take $30.00 for the kit which includes shipping to the lower 48 states. I also have some air filters, cabin filters, Ford 5W20 Motor Oil, and a set of new illuminated Edge sill plates in black. These I will try and sell locally due to the shipping costs involved. If you are interested in any of these, send me a message and I will check on shipping. The sills I will be asking $125.00 for plus shipping. wlepse Posted April 23, 2015 Report Share Posted April 23, 2015 I am interested in the TPMS...just need to confirm they will work in my Edge. My initial searches of those part numbers seem to indicate they would be good but it also mentions 315MHz as the operating frequency. But when I went to Levittown's site to compare P/N's they have different numbers, then to further complicate things it has two listed. One references 433MHz the other doesn't say. Opening either one says they fit my 2011 at the top but then below the 433 only works on '13 & '14 Edges. WTH? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ls973800 Posted April 24, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2015 Looking closely with a magnifying glass I see these are marked as 315 MHZ. That is what my 2013 operates on from everything I have ever read. I just checked the Ford ETIS site (http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleSelection.do) and put in my VIN. It has listed 315 MHZ for my door locks. I suggest you try your VIN and see what is listed for your particular model. I also checked on eBay and found some sensors with one of the same part numbers that is on mine. They list if for 2011-2014 Edges. Really don't know what else to tell you. I bought them believing they would have fit my 2013 and I have no reason to think otherwise. I also believe they fit the 2011 and up to at least 2014 models. wlepse Posted April 24, 2015 Report Share Posted April 24, 2015 Yeah not sure what to make of it. In the picture below it shows 433MHz fit a 2011 but going to TireRack it says 315MHz. I did go to the Ford ETIS site you linked and saw the 315 for th doors too. Since most of what I am finding says 315MHz I am leaning towards that be ing the right right one. I will send you a PM. As a side note; has anyone checked the vehicle summary under software? Doesn't seem like this site is up to date. Only one of the modules (APIM) shows any activity after we purchased it. SO either none of the work they said they have done was done or somehow their systems aren't linked very well. I am leaning towards the later since everytime I logged into the Sync site it wanted me to update mileage like it never got updates from services. I also found a Trailer Wire Extension that I purchased when I bought my Edge that had the factory tow package. This is brand new in the box and is 48 inches long.
