davidceder
So I am traveling and rent a 2017 Ford Explorer, nice car. Right off the bat I notice that even with daytime lighting the climate control console is lit up and VERY easy to read. Yes, the buttons are larger and the font on them bolder and the entire console is angled a bit more a bit more direct towards your face. I think they light up yellow in the daytime and the blue during night lighting. One thing about my 2016 Sport I don't like is that I really cannot make out the controls very clearly during the day. Now I am wondering if I just might not have my console lighting turned up high enough for daytime. In the Explorer if I turn down the lights that does indeed effect the climate console lighting. Can anyone confirm if the climate control lights are indeed on or not during daytime lighting if I turn the brightness up. Thanks much.
